100% prepayment confirms your slot. Read the rules below — they keep the studio fair for everyone and protect your reserved time.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you choose an available time slot and complete payment.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe using any credit card.
100% guarantee that your selected date and time are reserved for you.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancel at least 7 days before your session and we refund your payment minus payment processing fees.
Less than 7 days before, the booking becomes non-refundable — but you can still move it.
Reschedule for free to any open slot up to 24 hours before your reserved time — just contact us.

Last 24 Hours · No Changes

Within 24 hours of your session the booking can no longer be rescheduled or refunded.
By then the room, the gear and the team are reserved and prepared exclusively for your time.
