Cancellation policy.

100% prepayment confirms your slot. Read the rules below — they keep the studio fair for everyone and protect your reserved time.

Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment and selecting an available time slot.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe using any credit card.
  • 100% guarantee that your selected date and time are reserved for you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you cancel at least 3 days before your booking, we will refund your payment minus payment processing fees.
  • You can reschedule up to 1 day before your reserved time by contacting us, and we'll help you find an alternative slot.
  • Last-minute changes (less than 24 hours before) may be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

No Refund · Late Cancellations

  • If you cancel less than 3 days before your booking, no refunds will be issued.
  • Rescheduling within this period is possible, but only if a suitable time slot is available.
