What does podcast video production include?
We handle the full production: multi-camera 4K filming, broadcast-quality audio, lighting, and post-production. You get a polished full episode plus short vertical clips for social — everything you need to publish and promote.
Do you film at your studio or our location?
Both. We can film on-location at your office or venue, or host you at our fully equipped Hollywood, FL studio with cameras, lighting, mics, and a sound engineer on staff — just show up and record.
How many cameras do you use for podcasts?
Typically 3 to 4 cameras — a wide shot plus individual angles on each speaker — so the edit can cut dynamically between hosts and guests. We scale the setup to the number of participants.
How do you handle audio quality?
Audio is everything for a podcast. We use professional broadcast microphones with isolated tracks for each speaker, monitored live by our sound engineer, so every voice is clean and balanced in the final mix.
Do you provide editing and short clips for social?
Yes. Beyond the full edited episode, we cut short vertical highlights with captions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels — ready to grow your audience between episodes.
How many guests can you film at once?
From a solo host up to a full panel. We add cameras and microphones to match the number of participants, so multi-guest episodes are captured cleanly from every angle.
When will we receive the final episodes?
Turnaround is typically a few business days to a week depending on the deliverables. For ongoing shows we set a consistent delivery schedule so your episodes are always ready on time.
How much does podcast video production cost?
Pricing is simple and hourly: on-location production is $350 per hour, and at our own studio it's $250 per hour with the studio included. Final cost also depends on the number of cameras, guests, and deliverables — contact us for an exact quote.
Can you do recurring or ongoing podcast production?
Absolutely. Many clients record multiple episodes per session or book us on a regular schedule. We keep your look, audio, and delivery consistent across every episode.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead to secure studio time and crew, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute sessions. Reach out as early as possible for recurring schedules.
