It depends on the event. Most conferences are covered with 3 to 5 cameras to capture the speaker, the slides/screen, and audience reactions. For larger stages or live streaming we scale up. We'll recommend the right setup during your consultation.

Yes. We provide professional multi-camera live streaming to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, or private platforms, with on-site switching, graphics, and a dedicated stream engineer to ensure a stable broadcast.

Absolutely. We sync directly to your laptop or AV feed so slides, demos, and screen shares appear crisp in the final video — no filming a projector screen.

Clean audio is critical for conferences. We capture sound directly from the venue's soundboard and back it up with wireless lavalier or handheld mics, so every speaker is heard clearly.

You'll get a fully edited highlight reel, individual session/speaker videos, and the full raw recordings. Deliverables are color-corrected, audio-balanced, and formatted for web, social, and internal use.

Turnaround is typically a few business days for edited videos. Need something sooner? We offer same-day or next-day highlight edits for time-sensitive events.
