Creator Lab — a desk, a wall of gear and light that is already set
A creator desk with an ON AIR light in front of a wall of photo and video equipment. This is the zone people book for tech reviews, YouTube episodes, AI and software courses, and talking-head lessons — including source footage for AI avatars. The set is pre-lit and pre-miked: you sit down and record.
A wall of photo and video gear right behind you — the background reads as a working studio, not a printed poster.
A softbox key, a soft frontal fill and a rim light that separates you from the background. The back wall takes a wash in any color you like, with neon signs glowing on top.
White height-adjustable desk, a white chair and a director’s chair — set it for sitting or standing shots.
Three cameras on tripods come with almost every service; two more can be added for a fee.
Four podcast mics as standard, more on request. Audio cables run inside the walls into the recorder and straight into the cameras.
A TV on wheels rolls in — slides from your laptop, your logo or a guest joining online.
Desk and chairs move. Tell us the format and the set is built for it before you arrive.
Part of one open space of about 807 sq ft shared with zones 2, 3, 4 and 6, under a 10-ft ceiling.

Booking the Creator Lab
Can I shoot several different formats in one booking?
Yes — that is what the zone is built for. Backdrops roll and the lighting repositions, so a desk tutorial, an unboxing and a livestream can all happen in the same session.
Can I get close-ups of gadgets and packaging?
Yes. The desk is set up for detail work, so product, hands and packaging read sharply at desk level.
How much does the content creator studio cost?
Self-service rental is $99 per hour with a two-hour minimum. A crewed vertical Reels session with two 9:16 cameras, teleprompter and an engineer is $350 per hour, usually 7–10 reels an hour.
Can I film footage for an AI avatar here?
Yes. The set is pre-lit and pre-miked for clean talking-head footage, which is what AI avatar tools need. Clients have recorded avatar source footage in this studio.
Can I livestream from the creator desk?
Yes. Live streaming with live camera switching is $350 per hour. See live streaming.
