What do you need from us on the day?
A corner about 10 by 10 feet - a spare office, a conference room or a quiet stretch of lobby - and one power outlet. Setup takes around thirty minutes before the first person sits down.
How long does it take for the whole team?
Three to five minutes per person once the light is set. A firm of twenty is finished in about two hours, people come in one at a time and the working day carries on around us.
Do we see the photos before you leave?
Yes. Every frame lands on a laptop next to the camera, so each person approves their own shot on the spot. No one discovers an unflattering photo two days later.
Is Coral Gables inside your service area?
Yes. Our base is in Hollywood, Florida, and the Gables sits inside the radius we cover every week, along with Brickell, Coconut Grove and Downtown. Travel is part of the quote, not a surprise line at the end.
When do we get the files, and what should people wear?
Retouched photos arrive within 48 hours, cropped for LinkedIn, the firm bio page and print. Solid colours work best, mid to dark tones for suits and blazers, no busy patterns or logos - and a second jacket or shirt gives each person two usable looks.

How many photos do I get?
As many looks as we fit in the hour — usually three or four backgrounds and outfits. You pick your favorites from the full gallery; retouching of those selects is included, and extra retouched images can be added at any time.
Where do you shoot?
In our Hollywood, FL studio just 30 minutes from Miami, at your office or on location — we travel across Florida and anywhere in the US for team and brand shoots.
Is retouching included?
Yes, and it’s the natural kind: skin, stray hairs, color and light. You’ll look like yourself — rested, not retouched.
How fast is delivery?
