Questions we hear
How many photographers do we need?
One photographer covers a single-track event of up to about 300 people. Add one per extra stage or track, and one more for the expo floor and sponsors.
Can we get photos during the event?
Yes — an on-site editor delivers a curated set every few hours, so your social team posts while the session is still trending.
Do you travel?
Yes. Miami and South Florida are home, but we cover conferences in Orlando, Tampa, New York, Las Vegas and anywhere in the US.
