What types of events do you cover?
We film a wide range of events — galas, corporate parties, product launches, concerts, fundraisers, brand activations, and private celebrations. From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, we scale the crew and gear to match your event.
Do you offer live streaming for events?
Yes. We provide professional multi-camera live streaming to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, or private platforms, with on-site switching, graphics, and a dedicated stream engineer so remote guests don't miss a moment.
How many cameras and videographers will be at our event?
It depends on the size and flow of your event. Most are covered with 2–4 cameras to capture the stage, the crowd, and key reactions. For larger venues or multi-room events we add operators. We'll recommend the right setup during your consultation.
Do you provide drone and aerial coverage?
Yes. Licensed drone coverage adds dramatic establishing shots of your venue and crowd. Aerial footage is available as part of most packages, weather and venue permissions allowing.
Will we get a highlight video and social media clips?
Absolutely. Deliverables typically include a cinematic highlight reel plus short vertical cuts formatted for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms — ready to post and promote your next event.
How do you handle audio for speeches and performances?
Clean audio is essential. We capture sound directly from the venue's soundboard and back it up with wireless mics on speakers and performers, so every word and note is crisp in the final video.
When will we receive the final videos?
Turnaround is typically a few business days to a couple of weeks depending on the deliverables. Need something fast? We offer same-day or next-day highlight edits for time-sensitive events.
How much does event videography cost?
Every event is different, and the price depends on many factors — the number of cameras, hours of coverage, crew size, and deliverables. The best way to get an accurate quote is to contact us. Our coverage starts at $200 per hour.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to guarantee crew availability, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Reach out as early as possible for peak seasons.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We're based in Miami and travel for events worldwide. Travel and accommodation, if any, are outlined clearly in your quote — no surprises.
