How it works
Simple from booking to delivery
The process
- 01
Send us your lesson list and script, plus your setup notes: which zone, microphone, camera framing and teleprompter. We tell you how many hours to book.
- 02
Book at least two hours on our booking page — longer packages already include a discount. Need a camera operator or sound engineer? Add them in the same step.
- 03
Arrive 15 minutes early. The room is already set up, and we hand you the camera and the teleprompter remote.
- 04
Record lesson by lesson at your own pace. Focus, pressing record and placing your clip-on mic are in your hands.
- 05
Take the raw files home the same day, or hand them to us for editing from $300 per lesson.
Questions we hear
How much does online course recording cost?
It is $175 per hour in our Hollywood, FL studio, 30 minutes from Miami, Florida, with a two-hour minimum. Packages booked online are $350 for two hours, $465 for three and $600 for four. Studio rental with lighting only is $99 per hour, or a flat $600 for a full day booked on WhatsApp.
Is a camera operator included at $175 per hour?
No. This is a self-recorded session: we set up the zone, camera, lighting, microphone and teleprompter in advance, and you run the recording yourself. Focus, pressing record and placing the clip-on mic so it does not rub on clothing are your responsibility — nobody monitors the sound, and we cannot answer for a take that was not recorded or a mic that rubbed. For a managed recording, add a camera operator or sound engineer when you book.
Can I show slides or my screen while I record?
Yes. A TV on wheels rolls into any zone to show slides from your laptop right in the shot, and you can run a screen recording on your own laptop during the same take.
How many lessons can I record in one session?
It depends on your script. Creators who arrive with a finished deck and a running order usually get through a full module in a three- to four-hour block.
Is a teleprompter included?
Yes, at no extra charge. Send your script ahead — we load it before you arrive and hand you the remote, so you control the pace.
