Questions we hear
How much does a videographer cost for 2 hours in Miami?
Our on-location interview crew is $350/hr with a two-hour minimum, so a standard two-hour block is $700. That covers the crew, two cameras, lighting, audio, and travel within 20 miles of our Hollywood, FL studio.
Do videographers come to your office to film interviews?
Yes. We film on-site at client offices, conference rooms, hotels, and venues across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Hollywood. Our base at 2021 Tyler St, Suite #208B is 30 minutes from Miami, and the full kit travels with the crew.
Is there a travel fee for on-location filming in Fort Lauderdale?
No. Travel is free within 20 miles of our Hollywood, FL studio, which covers Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Hallandale, and much of north Miami-Dade. Locations beyond that radius get a flat travel quote before you book.
How many cameras do you need for an interview shoot?
Two is the working standard: a wide master and a tighter angle so the edit cuts cleanly and hides pauses. Every $350/hr booking includes the two-camera setup, and we add a third angle on request.
What equipment does the crew bring for an on-location interview?
Two 4K cameras on tripods, an LED lighting kit with modifiers, a lavalier for each speaker plus a boom, a separate audio recorder, and backup media. You supply a room and a power outlet.
How soon do we get the interview footage?
Delivery lands within 24 hours of the shoot. If you want a finished cut, editing is $300 per episode up to one hour, $400 per episode for one to two hours, and vertical reels start at $50 each.
